Sync Stripe

Now that Stripe and QuickBooks are connected and your Account Mappings are set, you’re ready to bring your Stripe data into Mabel.

Mabel calls this the Quick Sync.

Quick Sync pulls in: - all Stripe transactions for this month and last month - all Stripe payouts for the same period

This gives Mabel everything it needs to build clean deposits for QuickBooks.

Step 1: Open the Dashboard

  1. In the Mabel sidebar, click Dashboard
  2. You’ll see the Quick Sync button at the top of the page

(Optional: insert screenshot of the Dashboard with the Quick Sync button)

Step 2: Run Quick Sync

  1. Click Quick Sync
  2. Mabel will start importing your:
  3. Stripe transactions
  4. Stripe fees
  5. Refunds (if applicable)
  6. Payouts

This usually takes just a few seconds.

When it’s done, the dashboard will update automatically.

What you’ll see

After syncing, you should see:

  • Stats cards showing your revenue and fee totals
  • Charts with your recent activity
  • A list of your Stripe payouts under the “Payouts” page

This tells you everything imported correctly.

If nothing shows up, double-check: - your Stripe API key is correct
- your Stripe account actually has payouts for the period
- the connection shows “Connected” in Settings

How often do you need to run Quick Sync?

Most users: - run it once a day, OR
- run it only when new payouts appear, OR
- let their monthly bookkeeping workflow determine the timing

You can sync as often as you like — it won’t create duplicates.

That’s it!

Your Stripe activity is now in Mabel.

Next step: Send your payouts to QuickBooks.
