Welcome to Mabel

Mabel integrates Stripe with Quickbooks Online simply, quickly, and smoothly.

She pulls in your Stripe payouts, creates a proper deposit in QuickBooks (with revenue and fees split out), and makes it easy to match to your bank feed.

Who Mabel is For

Mabel is a good fit if:

  • You use Stripe to collect payments
  • You use QuickBooks Online for your bookkeeping
  • You want your Stripe payouts recorded correctly, but you don’t want to mess with figuring out fees, etc.

Known Limitations

Currently, Mabel:

  • Supports one Stripe account and QuickBooks Online only.
  • Pulls Stripe information for "this month" and "last month". Syncing historical information isn't yet available.
  • Can apply revenue categorization rules internally but sends one revenue category (the one you map) to QuickBooks.
  • Cannot account for sales tax collection in Stripe.
